Hey team

I just wanted to have some of you who attended last week's Charrette to do a reflection on it. What do you think it did for the community and do you think that it was productive for planning our BIG Festival?

Here are notes I made after group discussions and reading over the notes later.
It's a brainstormed list but it shows you the process.
The idea was to reach a theme through dialogue.
We saw that there were a bunch of things going on in the community and we wanted THAT to be our theme.
So, all these ideas led to:
"Bringing Group Spirit to the Table"
This allows for anything to be brought on to the street and the programming will allocate space for difference activities with the map that is designed and colour-coded. Then we aim to have the longest dinner table serving the most diverse, healthy, fresh, local and ethnic food on one looooong table. You could call it the 'first supper'.
